Dip moulding is extremely suitable for producing small to medium-sized series of special products.

Special products are products that we develop and produce according to customer specification. We do this quickly and economically in our own mould-making department. For more information, see ‘Customised products’ or contact us.
Double dip for special products:
It is not always possible to obtain the desired characteristics of a certain product by only dipping it once. LoVen has command of the double dipping technique (hard on the outside, soft on the inside; multiple colours) and is therefore able to produce your product with the intended properties.
