dip molding molding injection pressure bellows

Dip moulding is a method to produce flexible thermoplastic products at low costs.
The used materials (vinyl, latex and chloroprene) are very suitable
to make complex shapes in various colours.

Dip moulding is also very interesting for small and medium quantities.

"Dip molding" process:

To make a dip molded part, we first have to make a special tool
(the male mould only) that will form the inside of the moulding.

If necessary we can supply a specified CAD-drawing.

The aluminium tooling can be made by casting, or CNC milling.

Beside the pvc plastisol we also dip prevulcanised latex and chloroprene.
Chloroprene has the advantage of being protein free, but it
does not dry and cure as easily as natural latex.
