LoVen special products b.v. is located in Berlicum (the Netherlands), where we have our own production facility. We also have a production facility in Galanta, Slovakia and a sales office in Ramsgate U.K.

The Netherlands - Berlicum

In our facility of 1,200 m² in Berlicum (the south of the Netherlands) we produce various standard and special dip moulded products. We use several handovens and a big fully automated machine. Thanks to our recently completely new build machine we have the latest techniques in machinery. This machine enables us to produce high quality products that meet the high demands of our customers.

Besides that, we also took the environmental aspects into consideration. This new machine uses its heat very efficiently and has consequently reduced the use of gas by more than 50%. This is also benefiting the CO2 emissions of course.

Besides our production facility in Berlicum (the south of the Netherlands) we also have a production facility in Galanta, Slovakia. (about 70 km from Bratislava) and a sales office in Ramsgate U.K.

Slovakia - Galanta

LoVen special products Slovakia. In this production facility 2 shifts of people constantly produce all kinds of dip moulded products in 3 ovens.

High quality printing by tampon printing is also done over here. Several customers in Germany, Austria and other East European countries are supplied directly from Slovakia.

Ramsgate - United Kingdom

Recently we also opened an office in Ramsgate England. From this office we maintain our contacts with our customers in England, Ireland and other European countries. With this addition to our existing sales team in the Netherlands we are able to service customers throughout Europe and beyond.
