Dip moulding advantages

Compared to for example injection moulding, dip moulding has a lot of advantages. With a special product the start-up costs are much lower than with injection moulding.

Because we start with one single prototype mould the “threshold” for the development of your new product is much lower. In this stage changes can be made very easily and without spending a lot of money.

Furthermore production moulds are based on the desired amounts. (small amounts = so less moulds) Because of that the ratio between amounts and costs is always balanced.
